13 and Under 23 Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n.196 (Code for the Protection of Personal Data), hereinafter simply "code", IsoMed informs its users that:

1) The personal and demographic information provided with the registration www.isomed.it shall be treated in compliance with that law and in particular to obligations of confidentiality that it provides;

2) "Processing of personal data" under Article 4 Code means any operation or set of operations, carried out without the aid of electronic instruments, concerning the collection, recording, the organization, conservation, consultation, processing, the change, the selection, extraction, the comparison, use, interconnection, the block, communication, the spread, erasure and destruction of data, even if not registered in a database;

3) The data are treated for institutional purposes, connected or instrumental to such filing, processing, billing, customer management and in particular:

- To comply with legal obligations related to civil, tax, accounting, etc.… for purposes of administration of the relationship established between a customer and Isomed;

- To fulfill contractual obligations, technical support and technical information and after sales;

- To carry out market research and statistics, referrals for marketing and product object of the Isomed;

- For the communication of information about future business, new products, services and offers, both on the part of both Isomed of other related companies, business partners and external consultants, by sending in paper and electronic communications. The sending of communications do not result in any case the transfer of personal data to third parties. The service does not monitor the sites you visit nor control the messages that he will read.

4) The data are collected and recorded in our database to allow access only to authorized persons of Isomed; can be treated, in accordance with the purposes indicated, within the Isomed and can be communicated outside the:

a) updating, correction or, if interested, integration of data;

b) cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data handled in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept regarding the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;

c) certification that the operations in letters a) e b) were brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

You have the right to object, in whole or in part:

a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data concerning him, pertinent to the purpose of collection;

b) the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market surveys or commercial communication.
